WHAT WE DO

  • Turnaround Management

    A turnaround is a planned production shutdown for an industrial facility for the purpose of completing critical maintenance, modifications, or regulatory work. It occurs over a very specific period of time and can be expensive - both in terms of lost production and direct costs for the labour, tools, heavy equipment, and materials used to execute the project. A turnaround is the most significant portion of a plant's yearly maintenance budget and can significantly affect a company's bottom line if mismanaged. Turnarounds have unique project management characteristics which make them volatile and challenging.

  • Disturbed Joint Management

    The primary purpose of a Disturbed Joint Management program is for leak prevention in bolted flange assemblies. Our program provides assurance for proper assembly and tightening of bolted joints during turnarounds, shutdowns, daily maintenance, construction projects, etc. It also allows for predictive maintenance and turnaround planning.

  • Flare Tip Replacements

    Replacing an offshore flare tip is serious business. At DyTech we have developed a proven offshore method for completing these safely, on time, and on budget. Our Chief Pilot has changed out over 25 offshore flare tips and all of our tower technicians completed a vigorous onshore flare tip replacement training program.
